Where is the root of self and how do we nourish its presence in our daily life? Amidst the constantly shifting landscapes of personal and professional life, it can be challenging to know and manifest authentic presence. This one-day workshop invites individuals to hear and honor self through a series of exercises, encounters, conversations, and silences.
